DayCourse

Zwei Menschen spielen auf der Golfanlage, wobei sich einer gerade auf den Abschlag vorbereitet.

Voted the best new spot in 2011 DayCourse invites you to attack: wide fairways and rather flat greens give even less experienced players a chance at the odd par. Although countless bushes and dense tree growth make some pars more difficult, they increase the enjoyment when overcome with a perfect shot. The shorter par 3 holes, in particular, should not be underestimated. You can find a graphical overview of our DayCourse in the interactive bird book!

Specifications

18 holes, Par 73 (yellow: 5,981 m / red: 5,353 m)

„A brilliant 18-hole course that I can highly recommend to any golf fan. You absolutely must play the Spring Monster!“

Highlights

  • On the 4th, a huge bunker, resembling a moat, guards the green. A carry of 160 metres is required to have a realistic chance of a birdie.
  • On the 8th, it's less the length that's the criterion, but rather the aesthetically pleasing pond that snakes dangerously close to the green.
  • Hole 9 represents the most difficult hole on the course. After the tee shot, the only real option is to "lay up", which requires skill!
  • The 14th hole finishes almost directly at the clubhouse. Discipline is required here: the clinking of glasses and the smell of food have lured many a player to the excellent clubhouse restaurant prematurely.
  • The 17th, a 614-metre double dogleg, presents a true challenge. We are particularly proud that it is Austria's only Par 6. The „Spring Monster“ is certainly one of the longest holes in Europe!
  • The 18th, finally, forms the crowning conclusion with a veritable island green.

About the Course

The full range of obstacles that make golf so varied can naturally be found on the other holes too. Strategically placed bunkers, water hazards, doglegs, and plenty of bushes and trees may make par more difficult, but they increase the enjoyment when overcome with a precise shot.

The entire plant is continuously maintained and awaits you in excellent condition. With Karl Frühling, a member of the operating family is responsible for Greenkeeping responsible.
